Notice of Copyright or Other Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe that any material available on Demon Slayer Shop infringes upon your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may notify us in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Section 512 of the U.S. Copyright Revision Act.
We have designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement:

Submitting a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice
To be effective under the DMCA, your notification must include all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are involved, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, with enough detail to allow us to locate it on the Site.
- Contact information for the complaining party, including full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If any of the above information is incomplete, your DMCA notice may be deemed invalid.
Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, Demon Slayer Shop may promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content without prior notice to the user.
We may also forward the written notification to the party who originally posted the material.
Both parties will then have the right to pursue further action through the U.S. Copyright Office as permitted by law.
Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error or by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice under Section 512(g) of the DMCA.
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its original location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district where your address is located, or if outside the U.S., to any judicial district where Demon Slayer Shop may be found. You must also agree to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA complaint.
Required Declarations
When submitting a DMCA claim to us, you acknowledge and agree to the following statements:
- “I have a good faith belief that the content described above infringes upon my copyright or the rights of the copyright holder, and that the use of such content is unauthorized by law.”
- “I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”
