Return & Refund Policy

At Demon Slayer Shop, your satisfaction matters most to us. Each product is made-to-order and carefully inspected before shipping, but we understand that issues can occasionally happen.
Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Because all products are custom-made, we only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The size, print, or product does not match the order confirmation.
  • The package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse after delivery.

2. Return Request Process

If your item qualifies for a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at

 Include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect or damage

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide further instructions.

3. Refund & Replacement Timeline

  • Inspection & Approval: Within 1 business day after we receive your request.
  • Replacement / Refund Processing: Completed within 2–3 business days after approval.
    Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing time by your bank or card issuer may vary slightly.

4. Return Shipping

If your return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover all return shipping costs.
For any other reasons (unauthorized returns, incorrect address, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or digital downloads
  • Clearance or final sale items

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days from our confirmation, please check with your bank or contact us at admin@demonslayer-merch.com for assistance.
