Shipping Policy
Made-to-Order Production
All products at Demon Slayer Shop are made-to-order. Each piece is custom printed and crafted individually to ensure the highest quality and vibrant artwork inspired by the Demon Slayer universe. Once your order is placed, our production team begins creating your unique item — no mass production, no overstock.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for production and quality inspection before shipment.
During peak seasons (holidays or major anime events), processing may extend by 1–2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
All shipments are handled through reliable U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your package leaves our facility.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
If tracking updates are not visible after 3 business days, please reach out to our support team at admin@demonslayer-merch.com.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
In such cases, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll assist in resolving the issue promptly through a replacement or refund.
Multiple Packages
Depending on your order size or product type, items may ship in separate packages for faster delivery.
You will receive tracking information for each package.
Delivery Delays
Unexpected carrier or weather delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
